For most of my career, I loved the fast-paced nature of healthcare. I was passionate about helping others, and I thrived on the sense of purpose it gave me. But over time, the demands of patient care, physical and mental fatigue, and constant giving started to take a toll. I found myself running on empty—exhausted, overwhelmed, and feeling like I was failing both at work and at home. I tried everything: self-care routines, time management hacks, and sheer willpower. But nothing seemed to work.
The turning point came after a car accident forced me to slow down and reevaluate everything. I realized that I couldn’t keep pushing through on fumes. I needed a new way to live—a way to care for myself while still showing up for the people and work I loved. That’s when I began my journey to understand the root causes of burnout and how to create sustainable energy and balance.
I learned how to build small, practical habits that fit into my busy life, and I discovered the power of community and connection in healing. Now, I feel more energized, present, and in control than ever before—and I’m passionate about helping other women in healthcare experience the same transformation.
